Returns and claims
1. China EMS global express is generally available on the Internet the next day after delivery. In order to ensure safety and timeliness for customers, after receiving the goods and operating the bill to collect the freight, the express will be lost before the Internet, and the company will compensate according to the declared value + freight. Customer loss, up to 3 times the shipping cost.
2. In case of loss, shortage, damage and delay of China EMS international express mail due to no fault of the customer during delivery, Royal Society will assist the customer to apply for compensation to China Post. If the shipment is damaged or lost, the post office will compensate according to the declared value, up to a maximum of RMB 400. However, it is not liable for indirect losses and unrealized benefits.
3. In the following cases, China Post will not be liable for compensation:
1) Caused by force majeure (except for insured mail).
2) If the delivered items violate the prohibition or restriction regulations, they will be confiscated by the competent authority or dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
3) When the mail is delivered, the package is intact, there is no trace of dismantling, and the recipient has signed for it in accordance with the prescribed procedures. Afterwards, the recipient finds that the contents are short or damaged.
4) The mail is lost or delayed due to the responsibility of the customer or the item itself.
5) The customer has not made an inquiry or made a claim for compensation from the date of delivery of the mail to the expiry of the inquiry period.
6) International mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the destination country according to its domestic laws.The price is adjusted with market changes, and all fees are subject to the actual company's single announcement of the final cooperation quotation.
