surcharge
1. If the declared value is less than 200USD, the goods will be shipped directly without prepayment of customs duties.
2. For general trade, each ticket will be charged RMB: 250 per ticket. There is no need to add port charges. Please indicate the separate customs declaration in the handover list and waybill.
3. This channel only accepts Amazon FBA goods from the destination receiving company. The freight does not include any customs duties at the destination. If any customs duties are incurred, our company will pay for them, and the customs bill is expected to be provided within 3-6 months (the notification is valid at any time, and the DHL bill will be used.) The same delivery company account needs to pay a deposit of 2000-5000 yuan in advance as the destination tariff prepayment; the invoice must indicate HS, material and purpose
4. Additional surcharges will be charged if the recipient address belongs to far-flung areas. The charging standard is RMB4.2/kg, and the minimum charge is RMB210/ticket (plus fuel)
5. If the unilateral length of a single piece of goods exceeds 120CM or the billable weight of a single piece exceeds 70KG, the levy: RMB 400 yuan * fuel/ticket, and extra long pieces need to be arranged for flights.
Product Restriction
1. The calculation of volumetric weight is length*width*height/5000 (unit: cm), and the billable weight is the one with the larger value between the volumetric weight and the actual weight of the goods.
2. If the unilateral length of a single piece of goods exceeds 120CM or the billable weight of a single piece exceeds 70KG, the levy: RMB 400 yuan * fuel/ticket, and extra long pieces need to be arranged for flights.
Returns and claims
1. This quotation does not include customs duties at the destination, customs fines, storage fees, and return fees caused by the recipient's responsibility. If the recipient refuses to pay, it will be automatically changed to the sender's payment and will be directly charged to the agent's account within the single.
2. Customers need to provide commercial invoices when delivering non-document express shipments, otherwise it is deemed to authorize our company to declare on their behalf. If customs deduction or delay occurs due to declaration reasons, our company will not bear the relevant responsibilities and expenses.
3. Compensation standard: Compensation for loss of goods is based on the declared value, with a maximum compensation of USD 100 per ticket.
