United Express provides FBA Haipai business for Amazon (US) merchants, billed by weight, DDP to door. Support other overseas warehouse addresses and private addresses for delivery. This channel is an all-inclusive price including fuel and tax.

Product Aging
1. Refer to the time limit of 16-21 working days (fast boat service)
2. This channel is delivered by Clippers + Fedex in the United States. Four shipments are arranged per week; the shipping time is 14 days to arrive in the United States.
3. The local delivery is the US Federal Express service. This service is not a truck service, delivery to FBA warehouse does not require an appointment, and it will be delivered on-site.
Product Restriction
1. The algorithm of volumetric weight is length*width*height/6000 (unit: cm), and the billable weight is the one with the larger value between the volumetric weight of the goods and the actual weight.
2. The billable weight of a single piece is not less than 12KG, and the single ticket name exceeds 5, and an additional 30 yuan / piece will be charged.
surcharge
1. The separate customs declaration is 500RMB/ticket, and the weight must be more than 600KG, otherwise a customs declaration fee of 800 yuan/ticket will be charged
2. The goods that need to be deducted will be charged 150RMB/single deduction handling fee, which will be calculated after the deduction is successful; the deduction is not guaranteed to be 100% successful, but no fee will be charged if the deduction is unsuccessful.
Returns and claims
Detention return:
If the delivery is required by the recipient or the sender, or the wrong address cannot be delivered, resulting in a return, our company will only accept the return of the shipment to our US warehouse and store the goods for 7 days free of charge. If it exceeds 7 days, it will be charged at RMB 5RMB/piece/day , the minimum consumption is 10RMB/ticket; our company will charge the sender for the fee incurred during the return process; if the returned goods are required to be re-sent, we will settle according to the freight of 12/KG and add an operation fee of 50RMB/piece.
Once the goods are delivered, the terms and conditions of these terms are implied:
1. If the goods are not submitted to FEDEX due to other reasons such as China-Hong Kong, shipping company or customs clearance during the transportation of our company (customers who have not picked up Fedex in the United States for more than 90 days can apply for compensation), our company will make compensation according to 40RMB/KG, no Return shipping.
2. If it is lost after being picked up by Fedex, the maximum compensation will be no more than 100USD/ticket in accordance with the Fedex Express Compensation Regulations of the United States and the amount of compensation; please purchase insurance separately for high value goods; our company can provide insurance purchase services.
In particular, it is stated that compensation will not be accepted in the following cases:
1. In case of infringement, our company does not assume any responsibility and reserves the right to pursue the sender for compensation for the loss caused to our company;
2. If the goods are not declared in accordance with the actual value, infringed on intellectual property rights, or are prohibited from being imported by the customs due to the deduction of the goods, this situation is not within the scope of compensation, and our company only assists the sender to provide customs clearance documents;
3. Compensation will not be accepted due to the quality of the customer's goods and the specific certification issues involved;
4. In case of war, natural disasters and other force majeure factors, except for the damage or loss of the goods, no compensation will be accepted;
5. Compensation will not be accepted if there is a delay in the overall timeliness caused by delays in customs clearance during transportation;
6. No compensation will be accepted for the lack of product quantity and damage.
The price is adjusted with market changes, and all fees are subject to the actual company's single announcement of the final cooperation quotation.
