Education System

In order to achieve certain training objectives, it is a guiding document formed by rational, planned and systematic arrangement of the three elements of training (lecturers, trainees, and teaching materials). Usually a complete training system consists of four parts: training course system, training lecturer management system, training effect evaluation and training management system. The first three items are the three core contents of the training system. In particular, it must be coordinated with the promotion system and salary system.

 

The training system is a dynamically balanced system. Including training course system and training instructor adjustment, and how to motivate trainees' willingness to train, how to develop and manage training suppliers, and how to convert training course content into Workflow and standardized operation documents, etc., are all considered by the training management system and implemented by formulating relevant systems.
