Transit route: Take off from Hong Kong, choose FEDEX or UPS to pick up the goods and transfer them to the destination after arrival in the United States. The delivery time after pick-up is 2-3 working days. After pick-up, you can check on the official website of FEDEX or UPS.
Product Restriction
The weight of a single piece cannot exceed 32/KG (multiple pieces per ticket are not limited), length cm X width cm X height cm /6000, the actual weight and volume weight are the larger; the girth length cannot exceed 330CM; the actual weight of a single piece can exceed 32KG (but not more than 50KG), an additional charge of 40 yuan/piece is required. If the longest side exceeds 130CM, an additional 40 yuan is required. If a single piece is less than 10KG, it will be charged as 10KG.
Returns and claims
1. If the recipient or sender requests the delivery or the wrong address cannot be delivered, resulting in a return, our company only accepts the shipment back to our U.S. warehouse and keeps the goods for 7 days free of charge. Billed per day, the minimum consumption is 10 yuan/ticket; our company will charge the sender for the fee incurred during the return process; if the goods are returned and require a re-send, we will settle according to the freight of 12/KG and charge an additional 50 / piece operation fee; remote fee is charged 25 yuan / piece.
2. Compensation; if the goods are lost during air transportation, delivery or customs deduction, the compensation is 40/KG (except for Amazon goods, the compensation needs to provide background data information), and the maximum amount is not more than 100 US dollars per ticket. Fragile items are packaged by themselves, and no compensation will be given for damage. Please package them well.
3. Our company can provide American warehouse warehousing services and return and exchange services. For details, please consult separately.
extra charge
1. All textiles, leather products, luggage products, footwear (except LED light shoes), automotive interior decorations, commodity inspection products, wood products, air boxes, wooden boxes, all pens, household props (control knives are not accepted) products Additional 2/KG; (All surcharges need to be added together, such as: with commodity inspection and two types of textiles together, two additional fees (2+2) will be charged).
