    Basic time limit: 1 working day

    (This time limit is for the express mail to go online until the recipient receives the express mail), except for special circumstances! The delivery time is closely related to the customs clearance time and flight arrangements of each destination.

     

    Weight and volume restrictions/Product Restriction

    1. The algorithm of volume weight is: length*width*height/5000 (unit: cm)

    2. For a single package, if the length of a single package exceeds 120CM or the weight of a single package exceeds 70KG, a surcharge of RMB250 per ticket and a fuel surcharge will be charged.

    3. Ship to Nigeria, single package and single shipment cannot exceed 70kg
    -Send to Angola, a single shipment does not exceed 300kg
    - A single package sent to Tunisia is less than or equal to 30kg, and a single shipment should not exceed 40kg
    -The above countries cannot send more than this weight limit

    Returns and claims/Returns and claims

    1. This quotation does not include customs duties at the destination, customs fines, storage fees, and return fees caused by the recipient's responsibility. If the recipient refuses to pay, it will be automatically changed to the sender's payment and will be directly charged to the agent's account within the single.

    2. Customers need to provide commercial invoices when delivering non-document express shipments, otherwise it is deemed to authorize our company to declare on their behalf. If customs deduction or delay occurs due to declaration reasons, our company will not bear the relevant responsibilities and expenses.

    3. No compensation for partial loss, delay or damage; compensation method for lost goods: If the customer does not purchase insurance, DHL will compensate according to the following methods: Compensation will be made according to the declared value of the goods, but the maximum compensation is USD100/ticket for the package.  

    The price is adjusted with market changes, and all fees are subject to the actual company's single announcement of the final cooperation quotation.
