1. Remote surcharge:

2. Fuel surcharge:
-The fuel rate of the Hong Kong Federation is subject to the official rate announced by the Hong Kong Federation; United Express will announce the official fuel rate of the Hong Kong FedEx for the next month and the specific effective time of the fuel rate for the next month at the end of each month. .

3. The change of address fee is changed to: 100RMB/ticket* (1 + fuel for the current month)

-Because the Hong Kong Federation will also bill the recipient to the sender for the cost of changing the delivery address, the final change of address fee will be subject to the federal bill.
4. Residential delivery surcharge: 25RMB/ticket* (1 + fuel for the current month).

2. After the event of loss or damage, we will not recognize any value of goods provided by the consignor that is different from the declared value on the original commercial invoice (or proforma invoice) with the goods.

3. Please report to our company and issue a written claim letter within 10 days from the date of the incident, otherwise it will not be accepted. At the same time, we are not responsible for all responsibilities and expenses caused by international express shipments due to flight delays or flight class issues.
